Martha Moen serves as BMO’s Head of Growth and Operational Excellence, Private Wealth North America. A high-energy leader, Martha brings a well-earned reputation for spearheading transformational change and designing effective growth strategies that get results for clients and internal teams. Martha works with our North American Leadership team to identify profitable revenue growth strategies and promote seamless collaboration between BMO’s North American Private Wealth and One Client colleagues.
Prior to joining BMO, Martha spent over two decades working in Canada and the U.S., including tenures at major Canadian banks, an S&P 500 Fintech, and a multinational management consulting firm. Most recently, she worked as the General Manager, Investor Communication Solutions Canada of one of Canada’s top financial management firms and was instrumental in the post-sale integration of a Big Five bank and major US financial services firm.
In addition to her corporate responsibilities, Martha has also served as President of various not-for-profit boards including Women in Capital Markets, the Lambton Kingsway Before & After School Program and Young Voices Toronto. She also co-founded two gender diversity networks, co-launched a Be Green network, and has championed inclusion and diversity initiatives throughout her career.
Martha is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA Institute), earned a Certified Investment Management Analyst designation, and holds an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University.
